Refund Policy

You are covered by a 30-day implementation-based guarantee for The Evening Shield System.

Because this is a digital program that provides immediate access to proprietary materials, refunds are only considered after genuine implementation of the system during the first 10 days.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

1. Actively implement the system during the first 10 days, and

2. Demonstrate that you completed the foundational phases and did not experience meaningful benefit.

This policy exists to ensure the system is given a fair and honest trial, and to protect the integrity of our work.

Why 10 Days?

The Evening Shield System is designed around the science of habit formation, where meaningful behavioral change occurs over approximately 21 days of consistent practice. However, we recognize that a full 21-day commitment may feel excessive if a system genuinely isn’t the right fit.

Ten days represents the halfway point, enough time to experience the system’s core mechanisms while remaining reasonable and fair.

By Day 10, you will have completed:

- Phase 1: Environmental Restructuring (Days 1–5)

- Phase 2: Biological Rebalancing (Days 6–10)

These phases form the foundation of the entire system and are sufficient to evaluate alignment and early results.

How to Request a Refund

If, after completing the first 10 days of implementation, you feel the system did not meet your expectations, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected] with:

1. A brief summary of what you implemented, and

2. Why you believe the system was not effective for your situation.

We value thoughtful feedback and use it to continuously improve the program.

Important Notes on Refund Eligibility

- Requests made without implementation during the first 10 days are not eligible for a refund.

- Refunds are not granted based on general dissatisfaction, lack of time, change of mind, or emergencies unrelated to the program itself.

Additionally, any supplemental tools, add-ons, or services purchased are non-refundable once delivered, due to their digital nature and immediate access.
